Vila Ponta "is located in Dubrava-Dobre Vode settlement. The settlement is 10 km away from Bar and 21 km from Ulcinj. The very name of the place says that it has an exceptional natural and geographical position, namely on the very seashore with the beach Veliki Pijesak and only a few kilometers from the mountain of Rumija so that during the day you enjoy a mild maestral from the sea, and at night in a refreshing "evening" from the mountain. This combination of climates makes this place extremely healing and suitable for respiratory organs, heart disease and a pleasant rest. Villa is 20m from the sea, from Veliki Pijesak 80m, from supermarket 50m , bakery 80m and restaurant 60m . Accommodation area in the villa consists of studios and apartments , and within them there are double, triple, four-bed, five-bed and half-board choices. Individually each accommodation has its own separate entrance, a terrace overlooking the sea, a complete kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi and TV . The villa also has its own parking space with 11 parking spaces. In terms of infrastructure, the villa has a yard with a space for relaxation and entertainment in the shade of a vine, grilled barbecue and a fun park for children with a slide, swings, a bowler and a sandblast.
